Healthy living, healthy future; Health screening and education for our community in Ghana

For many families in my community, living a healthy life is not easy. Lack of access to basic health education, limited knowledge about nutrition and health and preventable health issues affect the quality of life for children, parents and the elderly. Seeing this, I dreamed of a project that would give my community resources, knowledge and support to take control of their health.

This dream became 'healthy living, healthy future' a project focused on health screenings, workshops and education designed to empower families with practical tools for daily wellness. At our event at Agona Swedru in Ghana, our participants will receive health checks, learn about proper nutrition, be counselled, and gain educational materials to continue making healthy choices at home.

Our goal is to reach 50-100 community members. We want to create a ripple effect; healthy families today lead to a healthier community tomorrow.

To make this dream a reality, we need your support. Funds raised will cover transportation via bus for participants, educational materials, healthy refreshments, and small health kits.
