Campaign Story
I am a registered nurse and midwife. Since 2019 Chanua Msichana has reached women and girls in Nairobi's informal settlements and in Siaya, Kajiado and Migori counties. The day will bring together what we do: family planning and contraception counselling delivered by midwives, education on safe pregnancy and childbirth, sessions on ending early marriage and FGM, mentorship for girls to return to school and for young mothers to start small businesses, and the distribution of sanitary packs.
