Be a Man:Healing before Harm

This is a dream I’ve carried quietly for a long time.

In South Africa, we talk about gender-based violence and crime every day—but we rarely talk about the emotional silence many men grow up with before things go wrong. I believe prevention starts earlier, with honest conversations, education, and accountability.

That belief is what inspired me to start a mental health awareness podcast focused on men. A space where difficult topics aren’t avoided, where healing is encouraged, and where responsibility is part of growth—not shame.

I’m starting from scratch, building this platform step by step. Any once-off support helps cover basic production and outreach so these conversations can reach the people who need them most. 

Every bit of support is paid forward through free resources, open discussions, and community-focused episodes—because safer, healthier communities benefit us all.
